About this studio
Sling Swing Nottingham runs parent and baby dance classes where you learn swing while wearing your baby or toddler. The classes are designed to build your bond with your little one in a social and lively setting. You'll dance in Swing, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, and Lindy Hop.
The studio provides quality Integra and Connecta carriers free to borrow, and all instructors are baby wearing peer support trained. They'll set you and your little one up safely and comfortably at the start of each class, so you can focus on learning and having fun together.
Classes are run by Nikki. The schedule is currently limited due to a move to Canada in June, so existing students are encouraged to join while classes are available. You can book directly through the Bookwhen system and pay by card.
What to expect
Your first visit
You'll arrive with your baby or toddler and be fitted safely into a quality carrier (Integra or Connecta) provided free by the studio. Nikki will guide you through swing dance steps in a social, lively class atmosphere designed for parent-baby bonding.
