Studio inSpiral Dance

inSpiral Dance Company has been teaching Irish dance in Prague since 2013, offering classes for children, adults and seniors across multiple styles of Irish dance. They teach step dancing, sean nós dancing, and set dancing & céilí, with instruction ranging from first lessons to advanced levels.

The studio runs regular classes for both children and adults, and also offers online teaching for those learning remotely. Beyond regular lessons, they organize performances and dance programs at cultural events, as well as workshops and special events for both the inSpiral community and the general public.

They also offer social dancing opportunities, inviting people to experience the charm of Irish set dancing and céilí in regular group sessions. The studio takes an approach where dance is framed as more than steps—described as a journey of gaining new experience, overcoming challenges and growing both as dancers and people.

Performance bookings are available, from short performances to full-length shows for private events. The studio is active on social media, sharing moments from classes, performances, competitions and dance inspiration from the Irish dance world.

Located at Vinohradská 70 in Vinohrady, Prague 3, the studio can be reached by phone.

You'll join a studio that welcomes both complete beginners and experienced dancers. Classes focus on specific Irish dance styles—step dancing, sean nós, or set & céilí dancing—depending on which you choose, and you can attend as regularly or occasionally as suits you.

Classes are offered from first lesson onwards, for children, adults and seniors.
