About this studio
Studio Latino Dreams is a Latin dance school in central Bucharest, located within the Cocor shopping complex on Strada Bărăției. The studio offers all-level courses in salsa, bachata, and kizomba, designed to be accessible to beginners while challenging more advanced dancers. Classes are taught by dedicated instructors in a friendly, dynamic atmosphere suited to pair dancing and socialising.
The teaching schedule runs Monday to Thursday from 19:00 to 22:00. Bachata beginners classes are taught by Marius Daniel R on Wednesdays 19:00–21:00, and by Petrica & Annda also on Wednesdays 19:00–21:00. Bachata improvers with Gabi & Carmen meet on Mondays and Thursdays at 19:00. Kizomba & Salsa with Gabi & Carmen runs Mondays and Thursdays 20:00–21:00. Nicholas & Corina teach Bachata & Salsa on Sundays 18:00–20:00. Lady styling with Irina is offered on Tuesdays 19:00–20:00. Children aged 4–10 have dedicated classes with Antonia Moisescu on Wednesdays 17:00–18:45.
New beginner bachata groups start on 12 May, with the first session free and a discount on subscription if you sign up on the spot. The studio is spacious and well-ventilated, located centrally with good public transport links and parking available. Students receive a 50% discount on subscriptions with a valid student card.
Active subscribers enjoy free entry to Latin Nights 4Friends, a Thursday evening party at Victoriei Ballroom (arriving by 22:00), where you can apply what you've learned in a relaxed social setting. The studio also runs a referral scheme: from February onwards, active students who recommend someone who then buys a subscription receive 50% off their next subscription.
What to expect
Your first visit
A friendly, spacious studio in a central location. Your first session is an hour long; beginners' classes focus on technique foundations in a welcoming atmosphere. You'll be paired dancing from the start, and active students are invited to a Thursday night party to practise in a social setting.
