Tanzschule ADTV Nebl is an ADTV-certified dance school located on Schäferstrasse in central Dresden. They teach a broad range of styles: the classical ballroom and Latin dances (Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Cha-Cha, Jive, Rumba, Samba, Discofox), as well as Zumba, Videoclipdancing, Argentine Tango, and Seniorentanz (senior dance). Their programmes span children, teenagers and adults.
For children, they offer Dance-Club for ages 6–7 and Kids-Dance-Clubs for older children, focusing on choreography, coordination, rhythm and motor skills. For teenagers, they run traditional Tanzstundenkurse (ballroom courses) beginning each August after the school holidays, along with dedicated youth events. Adults can choose from beginner courses in classical ballroom (WTP 1) and progression courses (WTP 2), single-beginner courses ("Allein kommen, zu zweit tanzen" — come alone, dance as a pair), and specialised wedding dance courses to prepare couples for their first dance.
The school runs regular events, balls and parties. They operate a Tanzschulbar (dance school bar) on the premises. The studio is centrally located with free parking directly outside. They offer private lessons, dance shoe ordering via an affiliate partner, and gift vouchers. Courses are available on weekday and weekend slots: beginner adult courses run Wednesdays at 20:50 and Saturdays at 14:15. The school closes for summer holidays (from 29 July 2026) and reopens in August with new course seasons.
Registration is handled traditionally by post, email or in person. They are ADTV-affiliated, which means instruction follows the standards of the Allgemeiner Deutscher Tanzlehrerverband (General Association of German Dance Teachers).
