Tanzschule Reichelt operates two locations — Düsseldorf on Sternstraße and Hilden on Schwanenstraße — offering a wide range of ballroom and social dance classes. The school teaches Standard dances (Langsamer Walzer, Wiener Walzer, Tango, Quickstep, Slowfox), Latin American dances (Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba, Paso Doble), and contemporary styles including Disco Fox, Salsa, Line Dance, Westcoast-Swing, and Tango Argentino. Classes are available for beginners and advanced dancers of all ages.

Sven Reichelt, a state-certified stage dancer (staatlich geprüfter Bühnentänzer), teaches at the Hilden location and emphasises that "on the dance floor everyone is equal". The school's philosophy centres on fun and accessibility: "Tanzen macht Spaß!" (Dancing is fun!) — the teaching approach is deliberately relaxed, and dancers learn "the most important dances for every occasion", whether for weddings, balls, or birthday parties.

The school runs regular group classes structured as 7 × 90-minute sessions. Special offerings include wedding dance courses for couples preparing their first dance, and short-term intensive courses in Langsamer Walzer, Wiener Walzer, and Disco Fox for specific events. A promotion for Standard/Latin beginner courses allows one partner to attend free when a couple enrolls together.

Beyond regular classes, Tanzschule Reichelt hosts frequent social events and workshops. Open-air dance parties take place at Jacques' Wein-Depot in Hilden, featuring Line Dance, Disco Fox, and other styles. Past events have included themed parties (Carnival in Hilden with show programme), yoga and cacao ceremony workshops, and taster sessions for new dance clubs. The school also organises social outings such as biker tours.

The school sells dance shoes through partnered vendors and offers gift certificates. It operates hotlines during extended hours (daily 10:00–22:00 in Düsseldorf) and maintains an app for members in Düsseldorf with event information and course schedules.

Walk in to a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where singles and couples learn together. You'll spend 90 minutes on each class session working through fundamental steps and figures in one of the school's taught styles, with instructors on hand to help with technique and answer questions.
