The studio offers structured courses in pole dance, aerial disciplines (silks, hoop and hammock), choreography, heels dance, burlesque, gym verticals, pilates and Flexy Pro. Junior pole dance classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:00 for ages five and up. Beyond regular lessons, the studio hosts weekend workshops, offers free rehearsal space booking and showcases work from its performance company, Tru danSing Company. The building includes three studio rooms, a hall, offices, changing rooms with showers and a recreation lounge. The studio is active daily with events and performances that showcase emerging talent.

Membership requires completing an application form and reviewing the association statute and internal regulations. The secretary office is open 16:00–21:30. Contact is available by phone or WhatsApp. The studio also offers services including hen parties and photography.
