Vivien offers dance courses in Tribal Fusion, Voi/Poi Dance, and modern belly dance in Graz and surrounding areas. Classes are led by Nina Sylvia Guttenbrunner, described as a considerate dance pedagogue. The studio emphasizes creative expression, physical fitness, stress relief, confidence-building, and community among participants.

Classes are held at House of KI, Breunergasse 27, 8051 Graz, accessible by bus line 40 and with free parking nearby. Course blocks typically run for 10 units, with some specialist courses offered as 5-unit blocks. You can arrange a trial lesson (Schnupperstunde) for 12 euros before committing to a full block.

What sets Vivien apart is the performance pathway. Beyond regular technique training, students who engage consistently gain the chance to perform in choreographed shows. The studio emphasizes progression through disciplined training—students develop technique, expressive power, and group coordination step by step, with the possibility of performing in challenging choreographies alongside other dancers.

Vivien also offers bespoke performance services: Dance Shows, Fire Shows, and LED Shows for events including medieval fairs, fantasy festivals, city celebrations, Christmas markets, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and private celebrations. These can be arranged by contacting the studio directly.

What you bring: comfortable training clothes (t-shirt and leggings or similar), a hip scarf, dance shoes or non-slip socks (or dance barefoot), and a water bottle. For Voi Dance classes, poi props are available to borrow. Trial lessons and missed sessions can be made up in parallel classes with prior arrangement with your instructor.

A welcoming first session where you'll learn foundational movement in whichever style interests you, with the option to arrange a trial class beforehand. Expect supportive instruction focused on your technique and confidence, with the longer-term possibility of progressing to performance choreographies if you commit to regular training.
