Marianela Calonje Amarante brings over 15 years of experience as an instructor, competitive dancer, and choreographer in the Latin dance community. Proud of her Nicaraguan roots, she has reached the pinnacle of her craft and built a supportive community around the studio. Under her leadership, Volaré Studios has become a home where artistry flourishes, confidence grows, and lifelong connections form.
The studio runs several class formats. Drop-in classes with Marianela cover styling, footwork, rhythm, and body movement in a welcoming environment. A Salsa On2 8-week training series runs on Wednesdays with two levels: Level 1 for brand-new dancers or those refreshing fundamentals (6PM–7PM), and Level 2 for students with a solid foundation or those who have completed at least two Level 1 courses (7PM–8PM). No partner is required for either level.
Private lessons are available for individuals with busy schedules, those seeking faster-paced learning, or people preparing for special events like weddings or quinceañeras. Single lessons run 60 minutes at $100; couple lessons at $130. Discounted packages are available for multiple lessons, which can be scheduled via Calendly.
The AUDAZ Teams programme serves youth ages 6–18, split into Juniors (ages 6–12) and Teens (ages 13–18), rehearsing every Tuesday. Dancers learn Bachata, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha, and Salsa through choreography and fun activities. No previous dance experience is required, all genders are welcome, and performing is optional. Marianela directs and choreographs the youth teams.
The studio also rents its space for classes, events, and private use.

Youth team rehearsals for ages 6–18 meet every Tuesday and teach Latin styles through choreography and movement games.
