For adults, the school teaches couple dances (Bachata, Salsa cubaine, Kizomba, Tango Argentin, Danses Salon/latines, Rock'n'Roll, Boogie Woogie, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing) and solo styles (Hip Hop, Street Jazz, Heels, Girly, Lady Styling, Ragga, Modern Jazz, Claquettes Américaines). Beyond dance, they offer Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Qi-Gong, Renforcement musculaire (muscle conditioning), and Méditation et Relaxation.
Children and teens can take Eveil (movement for young children), Rock/Jives, Zumba, Hip Hop, Girly, Street Jazz, Danses latines, Salsa/Cha cha, Modern Jazz, Lyrical Jazz, and Ragga Dancehall.
The school runs collective classes, private lessons (available at your home if needed), and wedding preparation. They also offer workshops (stages), private party initiations and demonstrations, and hall rental. Trial classes begin 7 September each season, with permanent registration desk hours from 1 September: weekday evenings 17h30–20h00, Saturday mornings 9h30–12h00.
