Bailarte is a Latin-American dance and Zumba school based in Zürich and the Thun/Steffisburg region of Switzerland. Founded on the teacher's many years of experience and formal dance training, the studio emphasizes high-quality instruction in Salsa, Bachata, Reggaeton and Zumba.
Beyond regular classes, Bailarte offers private lessons (including in the student's own home), children's birthday and kids' dance animation, choreography-focused Cuban dance workshops, and dance-travel trips. The school also provides personalized programs delivered by email and video, and has recently added nutrition coaching.
What to expect
Your first visit
Students can take group classes, book private lessons to improve technique and confidence, or join Cuban dance workshops covering choreography, technique and styling. The teacher can also be booked to dance alongside students at parties and give live styling feedback. A one-hour private session costs CHF 80.00.
