About this studio
BBG Dance Studio (Bangkok Bachata Gang) opened in 2023 and has grown rapidly to over 120 students a month. They teach bachata partnerwork, salsa partnerwork, kizomba partnerwork, bachata lady styling, salsa shines, and choreo/bootcamps. The studio runs multiple practicas in-studio each week and hosts monthly bonding events alongside regular classes.
The teaching team consists of professional instructors with years of training from Europe and the Americas. The studio emphasises that you don't need rhythm, a partner, or prior experience to join — classes are designed for both beginner and advanced dancers. The environment is described as open, positive, non-judgmental, lighthearted, and supportive, with no tolerance for egos or mean behaviour.
Beyond classes, BBG functions as a community hub. Students regularly attend guest artist workshops and practicas in the studio, and the monthly social events are specifically designed for building friendships.
