They begin with classes for pregnant women and continue through every age group — parent-child dancing for ages 2–3, children's dance for ages 3–5, HipHop from age 6, and dedicated classes for ages 60+.

Their solo dance program needs no partner. You'll join classes with other people and leave with new dance friends. For those interested in partner dancing, they offer Langsamer Walzer, Cha Cha Cha, and Discofox, plus custom wedding dance choreography through private lessons to prepare you perfectly for your big day.

The fitness side is flexible: you can move between classes week to week based on what suits you. Options include Zumba, Jumping Fitness, Strong Nation, and Nala Fit. If group classes aren't for you, they offer individual personal training adapted to your needs and schedule.

Beyond regular classes, Dance&Dream runs events including children's birthday parties, stag and hen do celebrations, wedding dances, and corporate fitness or team events. They're happy to come to your workplace if that works better for you. The studio also offers body and soul classes.
