The school offers comprehensive training in classical ballet, with classes split by age (7–8, 8–10, 10–12, 13–15, 15–17 years) and by ability in pointe work (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Modern-Jazz classes run across all age groups from 8 years old through advanced adult levels. Urban and street styles include hip-hop with L.A influence (for both children and adults), streetdance, lyrical style, street girly, heels dancing, ragga dancehall, and breakdance (with classes for ages 7–10 and 11–15). The school also teaches Cuban rumba, Afro-Cuban styles, lady style, and Lindy Hop at three levels (bases, confirmé, avancé). For the youngest students (18 months to 5 years), there is Contakids (parent-child dance classes), awaking to dance (4–5 years), and dance initiation (6–7 years). Private lessons and group creation are available in multiple styles.

Beyond dance, Studio A offers Pilates classes at beginner and intermediate levels, as well as Hatha Yoga taught by Anna Munz Floor. The teaching staff are state-qualified dance instructors (professeurs diplômés d'état) focused on pedagogy and creativity. Classes are organised by age and level.

The school operates from multiple locations. The Cours Ornano site in Mérignac (35 Cours Ornano) includes three studios: 136 m², 110 m², and 45 m². The rue Edmond Labasse location in Bordeaux (21 rue Edmond Labasse) has two studios of 110 m² and 60 m². A new location has opened at 34 rue Genesta, Bordeaux, positioned behind the Atlantic complex and AquaLigne. The studio describes itself as a place where people who love dance and those wanting to discover it can meet and exchange, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The school hosts spectacles and is recognized for pedagogical excellence and a welcoming approach.
