About this studio
Dance Studios Dubai is a ballroom and social dance school founded in 2011, making it one of the oldest ballroom dance schools in the UAE. The studio is located at HDS Tower, Cluster F, Al Thanyah Fifth, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai. Over thirteen years, the school has trained more than 5,000 students—many of them adults arriving with no prior dance experience who progressed to become confident dancers and competitors in international championships.
The studio offers classes across four main categories: Latin Ballroom (Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive), Standard Ballroom (Slow Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep), Social Dance (Salsa, Bachata, Argentine Tango, Disco), and Wedding Dance. Classes are available for both children and adults at all levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The school runs over 400 weekly classes and offers three teaching formats: private one-on-one lessons, group classes, and practice sessions for dancers preparing for competitions or performances.
The instructional team includes international dance teachers. Dmitriy Zaiats is the Head Coach and International Dance Teacher who became champion of Ukraine, reached the European Championship finals twice, and competed as a semi-finalist in the World Championship in Paris. Irene Zaiats (also called Iryna) is a professional 10-dance instructor with over 18 years of ballroom dancing experience, having begun her competitive career at age 5 in Ukraine. Maksim Kupreev and Nikita Visotskiy are also international dance teachers on staff. Nikita has nearly 15 years of competitive and coaching experience on the Pro-Am scene and has won titles in Ukrainian National and International championships in Latin American dancing. The administrative team includes Alina Fedina and Elena Ievdokimova.
The studio has been recognised with multiple consecutive awards: Top Studio in Dubai accolade for several years, and its dance instructors have received Top Dance Teachers awards on multiple occasions. The school specialises in creating personalized wedding dance routines tailored to each couple's wedding theme, song choice, and story. Student testimonials highlight the professionalism, patience, and dedication of the teaching staff, and note the warm, friendly atmosphere of the studio environment.
