About this studio
Danseglad is a mobile dance school run by Signe Frydenlund, based in København but operating throughout Denmark. Rather than running a fixed studio location, Signe travels to you — whether that's a corporate office, a private gathering, or an event space — to deliver tailored dance instruction and workshops.
The core philosophy is simple: dance should be fun, and everyone belongs on the dance floor. Signe specializes in several formats. Short active breaks bring groups together for movement, laughter and interaction — ideal for breaking up long meeting days. Longer workshops dive into themes like community, courage, creativity and impact, with time to explore and connect. For company celebrations and festive events, she offers entertaining icebreaker sessions. She also runs online movement breaks via Zoom and other video platforms, bringing dance into remote meetings.
Signe's approach emphasizes inclusivity and skilled facilitation. Client testimonials highlight her ability to energise a room: one corporate client reported that after a three-quarter-hour session, participants left "bubbling and dancing"; another noted she "got everyone up and moving" and created "super atmosphere and smiles." A third described her as "the wildest hybrid between a dance queen and a support educator."
Danseglad operates Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, and you can reach Signe by phone or email for an informal chat or written quote. She covers the whole of Denmark and adapts her teaching to suit the space and group you have.
