DID Fit Studio operates two locations in Indianapolis—Fountain Square (1315 Shelby St Suite 5) and West Raymond (5545 W Raymond St Suite F)—both offering aerial arts and cardio fitness. The studio teaches pole, lyra, silks, and cardio, with classes structured by skill level from beginner introductions through advanced training.
The teaching team includes 26+ instructors, each with recognized certifications across multiple disciplines. AJ is the owner and dynamic leader, passionate about fostering an inclusive studio culture. Other long-standing instructors include Julianne and Heather P (both teaching since 2018), Katie (Cirquefit Levels 1 & 2 Pole, Cirquefit Lyra 1 & 2, yoga and personal training certified), Lilas (NASM Certified Stretch Trainer, teaches Level 3 & 4 Pole and stretching), Meg (Cirquefit Pole and Lyra certified, also certified in Zumba), and many others. Des competed in the 2024 PSO Virgo Competition. Sadah leads a burlesque troupe called KINKER. Several instructors bring specialized expertise: Meagan has a PhD; Michelle is an ATG Exercise Coach; Heidi is a Trauma-informed E-RYT500 yoga instructor.
New students start with intro classes in their chosen apparatus (pole, silks, or lyra) and can repeat as many times needed before advancing to Level 1. Progression is guided by instructors who provide a Level Advancement Sheet with specific requirements. Classes emphasize technique, strength, conditioning, fluid movement and combinations. Cardio sessions include offerings like Cardio Crush, Cardio Hip Hop, and Booty Pops. Specialized classes include Sensual Flow & Heels Choreo, Liquid Motion, and Stretching and Flexibility. The studio also offers workshops—specialized 1–3 hour sessions offered year-round.
The studio hosts parties for groups, including bachelor/bachelorette celebrations. Parties are beginner-friendly, include beginner-level tricks, photo sessions, and are available for adults (18+) or youth-friendly options. Participants should wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing and remove all jewelry. The studio provides cubbies in the lobby and a water fountain. All jewelry must be removed for safety. Parties require 10–15 minutes early arrival for check-in and waiver signing.
DID Fit offers memberships starting at $90 per month, drop-in classes at $28, an 8-pack for all classes at $210, and open pole/silks/lyra time at $12 per session. Private lessons cost $65 per person, semi-privates $50 per person, and student choreo privates $110. Workshops are $40 per session or $190 for a 5-pack. First-time students pay $15 for their first class.
