Elin Dance Studio

Elin Dance Studio is Singapore's one and only bungee fitness studio and training centre, located at 450 Alexandra Road. The studio specialises in bungee workout classes—low-impact, high-intensity cardio workouts where you're attached to a harness and bungee cord mounted to the ceiling. The cord supports your weight while you jump, fly and dive, creating the sensation of weightlessness without freefall. It's a combination of cardio, strength training and full-body conditioning designed to tone everything from your core to your arms to your calves.

The studio's mission is to nurture and empower participants with fitness and elegance as a way of life. They aim to provide a safe space for anyone, regardless of background, age or walks of life, to express their true selves. The studio operates a structured curriculum but maintains flexibility to cater to a wide range of learners. Classes are available for kids as young as 4 years old all the way to the elderly who are 66 years old.

Elin Dance Studio offers several class types: Bungee Workout, Bungee HiiT, Bungee Oscillate, Kids Bungee, and Family Bungee. The studio also runs Trial Classes, Corporate Teambuilding sessions, and an Instructor Certification programme. Trial classes are available at $30 for first-timers (regularly $55 per session). Kids Bungee is offered at $160 for the first four lessons.

The studio's ceiling structure is custom-made for bungee workout and is not the standard ceiling structure used for aerial yoga. This bespoke setup is central to their safety and class design. Their expert team of dance instructors has been specially selected to create a safe space for all learners to excel. Instructors include Irene, Delia, Alicia, Shen, Rachel, Lu Shan, Jia Yi and Kelly, each offering classes across the bungee disciplines and complementary styles such as Contemporary Dance, Chinese Dance, Yoga Wheel, Yoga Inside Flow, and Aerial Yoga.

You'll be fitted into a harness connected to a bungee cord attached to the ceiling. The 60-minute session is led by expert instructors who guide you through dynamic moves, jumps and resistance exercises. You'll experience the sensation of flying while performing a full-body workout—it feels like play but delivers serious cardio, strength and flexibility gains.

The studio's expert team includes Irene, Delia, Alicia, Shen, Rachel, Lu Shan, Jia Yi and Kelly. Each instructor is specially selected and trained across multiple disciplines including bungee workout, kids bungee, family bungee, contemporary dance, Chinese dance, yoga wheel, yoga inside flow and aerial yoga.

Classes are designed for all fitness levels; trial sessions at $30 let first-timers experience bungee workout risk-free, and the structured curriculum with flexible teaching caters to learners of any background.
