Bhangra is a high-energy traditional folk dance from the Punjab region featuring intricate hand movements and lively music. Kathak is a classical North Indian style characterized by intricate footwork, fluid arm movements, and graceful turns, often accompanied by traditional instruments like the sitar and tabla. Bharatanatyam, a classical South Indian form with roots in ancient temples, emphasizes intricate footwork, fluid hand gestures, and expressive facial expressions, traditionally performed in a saree or pavada.
