The studio employs 16+ instructors, each with specialised expertise. Alex teaches chains and trained in silks, sling, lyra, trapeze, chains, and pole since 2020. Adam teaches acroyoga and completed his RYT-200 in 2021 and Level 1 Acroyoga certification in 2023. Azaria has spent three years mastering pole, silks, and sling. Caroline teaches intro pole, pole level 1, pole flowetry, intro lyra, and other classes. Courtney is an RYT-200 registered yoga instructor and social work PhD student who teaches acroyoga. Emily teaches strength & conditioning and silks and sling. Erin teaches silks level 1, silks level 3/4, and pole. Iescha teaches trap house heaux, spin pole, and level 3 pole. JBecks teaches level 4 pole and barre fusion. Kiley teaches intro sling, sling level 1, and flexibility. Kristen teaches silks level 2 and sling levels 1 and 2. Kylie teaches pole tricks and choreography. Sandra teaches intro and level 1 pole on Sundays. Robyn teaches across pole, lyra, sling, and silks with an athletic background from track and runway experience.

Owner Susan brings 25 years of strength and conditioning experience and a background in powerlifting. She discovered pole dancing and aerial sports in her 40s as a way to feel strong, confident, and beautiful, and founded the studio to create a safe space where all people can explore their authentic self.
