La Puerta is a dance studio in Dorobanți, Bucharest, five minutes' walk from Ștefan cel Mare metro station. The space is modern and bright, filled with natural light, designed to feel welcoming and relaxed.
The studio teaches Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba at different difficulty levels, from beginner to advanced. There is also a Hip Hop class for children aged 9–12, running on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Classes are led by experienced, engaged and charismatic instructors who help you develop as a dancer. New Salsa and Bachata courses start regularly—for example in March 2026, with sessions on Tuesday (Salsa at 18:00) and Thursday (Bachata at 18:00). A free trial session is available for new styles.
Beyond classes, La Puerta is built around community and social events. Students take part in Halloween parties, Christmas celebrations, birthday events, competitions, workshops, and festivals both in Bucharest and further afield. The studio emphasises friendship and connection—you will meet people of all ages and experience levels, all with the same desire to learn and have fun.
