About this studio
NVision Dance has been teaching ballroom and Latin dance in the Treasure Valley since 2004. The studio specialises in private lessons for couples and individuals, with particular strength in wedding choreography, competitive training, and social dancing.
The studio is run by Kristal Brandy, the founder, and Spencer Harger, co-owner. Kristal is an advanced dance instructor, personal trainer, and certified nutritionist who has spent over 20 years building an environment where dancers can develop—body, mind, and spirit. Spencer is a Top 10 Global DanceSport Series Teacher and World DanceSport Series Top 25 Teacher (2014). He won first place with Kristal at the 2009 DVIDA National DanceSport Championships in both Rhythm and International Latin divisions. Both instructors guide dancers from beginner to elite level, and their students have secured multiple national titles and competitive success.
You can learn Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Swing, Salsa, East Coast Swing, Bachata, Mambo, and Country Two-Step. The studio offers private lessons on a pay-as-you-go basis or in packages (3 or 8 lessons), Express Lessons for 30 minutes, and specialised wedding dance choreography with a free consultation to discuss your song, comfort level, and goals. Lessons are held at Idaho Ballroom, 943 West Overland Road, Meridian, by appointment, with weekend availability.
The studio works with dancers at all stages: those learning their first dance for a wedding, social dancers, competitive athletes preparing for nationals, teacher-training candidates, and those pursuing fitness and wellness goals. No prior dance experience is necessary, and you do not need to bring a partner—your instructor will partner you through each lesson.
