The schedule includes "clase libre" (open classes) several times weekly. Pole kids classes are available from age 6, with a 10% discount on children's classes. The studio requires no prior experience and emphasises that classes help improve body shape and fitness.
Beyond regular classes, the studio runs private workshops for special events: despedida de soltera (hen parties), birthdays and celebrations can book bespoke sessions in pole dance, aerials, twerk or heels. The studio also offers portable pole and stage rental for events, photo shoots by the coast, and professional performance packages. A trial class qualifies you for a 10% discount on your first course package if purchased the same day.
The studio operates under clear rules covering class cancellation (required 12 hours notice via app or WhatsApp), lateness (arrival more than 10 minutes late may result in exclusion to prevent injury), and hygiene (changeable shoes or barefoot only, removal of rings and bracelets, personal towel recommended). Courses are valid for one month from activation. Classes require a minimum of 2 participants; cancellation with 2 hours' notice applies if numbers are insufficient.
What to expect
Your first visit
You'll attend a warm-up and stretch before practising circular movements, tricks, inversions and combinations on the pole. The class is led by one of the studio's trained instructors and requires changeable shoes or barefoot entry. Classes run in small groups and your instructor will brief you on the studio's safety rules before you begin.
