Roc Dance Fit (Rochester Dance Fit Studios LLC) is a family-owned studio where dancers of all ages come to move, vibe, and grow. Built on the belief that dance is for everyone, its mission is to build a vibrant, supportive community through movement, music, and self-expression. The studio runs two programs: Nova Dance Academy, training youth ages 2-16 in creative movement, jazz, hip hop, and technique with professional training, team options, and performances; and Roc Dance Fit, which empowers adults 18+ with hip hop aerobics, Zumba, heels, and Afrobeat classes.
