About this studio
Standard Western is a Nashville, TN line dance studio and the organization behind the Line Dance Showdown, billed as America's biggest line dance competition — a nationwide qualifier series that runs in cities across the U.S. all year and culminates in a Grand Finale at the Nashville Palace.
Beyond the competition circuit, Standard Western runs line dance classes five nights a week across Nashville for dancers of every level, from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. The studio is led by owner George, who also founded the Standard Western Showdown.
