About this studio

Miss Fit Academy is Nashville's largest pole dance, aerial arts, and dance studio, located downtown at 265 Hermitage Ave—just 1 mile from Broadway. The studio specializes in public drop-in classes and private group lessons for adults 18+, across a three-studio campus designed specifically for aerial and pole instruction.

The facility spans an 1100 square-foot wide-open studio with a wall of mirrors, professional sound systems in every room (dance club-grade), and what the studio describes as the largest pole studio and tallest poles in Tennessee. Two changing rooms, free digital lockers, complimentary yoga mats for beginners, and a glam makeup vanity serve daily students. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and body sprays, an outdoor patio, photo backdrops, a lobby boutique with retail and snacks, and a disco bathroom.

Public classes run 35+ weekly sessions across pole dancing, aerial silks, aerial hoop, chair dance, and line dancing. The schedule changes every 3–4 months. All classes are drop-in friendly and cater to all levels—absolute beginners are common and no experience or upper body strength is required. Classes hold about 8–12 students, allowing instructors to provide form corrections and modifications. A new student special offers 3 classes for $45. Silk, hoop, and hammock classes require two people per apparatus for safety; beginner pole students typically have their own pole, while intermediate and advanced students often share.

Private group lessons start at $300 and are available for bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls' nights out, and team-building events. Groups can choose from pole dance, chair dance, country line dance, striptease, coyote, booty pop, floorplay, or aerial silks; sessions include photo opportunities, games, and memory-making moments. Private one-on-one tutoring sessions start at $75 per hour and can be scheduled for personalized training, competition prep, audition preparation, or fitness goals.

The studio rents its 1100 square-foot studio space at $75 per hour (Monday–Thursday, 10am–4pm) for rehearsals, practice, small private lessons, and photo shoots. The facility emphasizes a judgment-free, supportive environment and operates 6 days a week. Classes rarely cancel; the studio runs in rain or shine. The front desk is available to answer questions and help with bookings.
