About this studio

Studio Rhythm Dance Center is located at 64 Brookside Road in Westford, Massachusetts. The studio offers dance education for all ages and multiple styles, with a focus on creating a fun and nurturing experience where students develop a lifelong passion for dance.

The studio is led by three directors with extensive training and professional experience. Kayla McLaughlin Salah has danced for over 20 years, beginning her training at Donna Miceli Dance Center as a member of the Youth Dance Company. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Event Management from Southern New Hampshire University and was part of the 2012 New England Patriots Cheerleader Final Auditions. For the past eight years, she has served as advisor of the Tewksbury High School Dance Team and led their after-school dance program and dance clinic. Kayla has been connected to Studio Rhythm since 2007 and has received several awards for her choreography.

Lauren Vieira Auciello trained for over 20 years at Donna Miceli Dance Center and holds an undergraduate degree in Dance Education with a Business Management Minor from Bridgewater State University, where she was president of the Dance Team in 2010 and 2011. She holds a Master's Degree in Moderate Special Education and works as a 5th grade Special Education teacher. Lauren was a performing member of the Professional Lacrosse Boston Cannon's Dance Team for two years, performing at Harvard Stadium and charity events throughout the city.

Lindsey Vieira Lonergan has danced for over 20 years, beginning at Donna Miceli Dance Center. She graduated from Bridgewater State University with a bachelor's degree in dance education and was president of the Bridgewater State University Dance Team, leading them to UDA Nationals where they received 10th in the nation for open jazz. Lindsey is the choreographer for Bridgewater State University Dance Team and Boston Dance Productions based in Waltham, Massachusetts. She is part of two dance companies in Boston: Static Noyze Dance Company and Boston Community Dance Project. She has won first place at World of Dance Boston and participated in Elements in New Jersey and the Celtics Top 24 at Boston House of Blues.

The faculty includes Donna Miceli, who trained at Boston Ballet, Gus Giordano Dance Center in Chicago, and studios in New York City including Luigi and Alvin Ailey. She founded the Donna Miceli Dance Ensemble and Youth Dance Company, and has instructed at Boston School of Ballet and other major institutions. She was a finalist in the International Choreography Competitive Event at Jazz Dance World Congress 2000 and 2003, and serves as an adjudicator at competitions. Donna joined the Ballet Program at SRDC in the fall. Katie Lamoureux Murphy trained at Donna Miceli Dance Center as a member of the Youth Dance Company and competed with the Westfield State University hip hop team at UDA Nationals in Orlando, Florida, placing in the top ten over four years. She holds a degree in Elementary Education. Erin Saunders earned degrees in Dance and Performance Studies and Arts Administration from Roger Williams University, training with artists including Christina Robson, Netta Yerushalmy, and Ephrat Asherie. She performed at Tisch School of the Arts for choreographer Christina Robson in a concert of works by the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company, and has performed at Dance Complex, Green Street Studios, and the Somerville Theatre. She is the Rehearsal Director for Project31 and teaches at several dance studios in the Boston area. Morganne Gallagher trained at Studio Rhythm Dance Center since 2007 and holds degrees in Special Education and a master's in Elementary Education. She was a member of the UMass Amherst Dance Company, serving as an Executive Board member in 2018 and 2019, and was a performing member of the Lowell Spinner Mill Girls Dance Team.

The studio runs classes during the school year with a Fall 2026–2027 schedule, and offers Summer Classes and Intensives during the summer months, including a Hip Hop & Pom Intensive in 2026. Classes are available Monday–Friday 4pm–9pm and Saturday 9am–12pm. You can register online and view pricing, policies, dress code, and the calendar on their website.
