Classes span pole dance and pole fitness, aerial hoop (lyra), aerial silks, aerial sling (aerial hammock), chair dance, twerk, flexibility, conditioning, all-level inversions, and hula hoop. The studio runs intro classes for absolute beginners in pole, aerial hoop, aerial silks, and aerial sling, followed by a structured progression: Intro → 100-level → 200-level and beyond. It is suggested to take at least five 100-level classes before testing into the next level. Youth aerial classes run on Sundays at 8:30am for ages 7–17.
