They offer group classes, individual lessons, weekend courses and workshops. They also specialise in first dance lessons for couples and provide dance performances and classes for schools and nurseries.
Classes run Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 22:00, with weekend courses and workshops on Saturdays and Sundays. Group classes for children and teenagers cost 130 zł for four 50-minute sessions within a month, or 240 zł for eight sessions over two months. For adults and seniors, group classes are 140 zł for four 60-minute sessions, or 260 zł for eight sessions. A single drop-in class costs 45 zł. Individual lessons for first dance start at 180 zł per hour for a couple or individual, with package rates available (6 hours for 1000 zł, 10 hours for 1600 zł). Students and pensioners receive a 5% discount on group class packages. The studio also offers a 10 zł discount when you bring a friend.
Group classes are held at al. Powstania Warszawskiego 6 (KSOS), while individual lessons take place at ul. Mogilska 40/1. The team includes instructors Adrianna Dobosz, Julia Galambos, Svitlana Moskaliuk, Kinga Chmura, Marta Nabielec and Dominika Błasik. The studio's philosophy centres on the psychological and physical benefits of dance and movement, rather than technique alone. They aim to help students overcome barriers and build confidence both in the studio and in daily life.
