Studio Ruchu New Move

Studio Ruchu New Move is a dance school in Kraków founded in 2017. It offers classes for everyone — children, adults and seniors — whether dancing solo, in pairs or in groups. The studio emphasizes that age, experience level and natural ability don't matter; classes are tailored to help each person find their confidence and joy in movement.

The school teaches a range of styles including ballet, modern dance, Latin dance, ballroom/partner dance, pilates and a stretching course. They offer group classes, individual lessons, weekend courses and workshops. They also specialize in first dance lessons for couples and provide dance performances and classes for schools and nurseries.

Classes run Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 22:00, with weekend courses and workshops on Saturdays and Sundays. Group classes for children and teenagers cost 130 zł for four 50-minute sessions within a month, or 240 zł for eight sessions over two months. For adults and seniors, group classes are 140 zł for four 60-minute sessions, or 260 zł for eight sessions. A single drop-in class costs 45 zł. Individual lessons for first dance start at 180 zł per hour for a couple or individual, with package rates available (6 hours for 1000 zł, 10 hours for 1600 zł). Students and pensioners receive a 5% discount on group class packages. The studio also offers a 10 zł discount when you bring a friend.

Group classes are held at al. Powstania Warszawskiego 6 (KSOS), while individual lessons take place at ul. Mogilska 40/1. The team includes instructors Adrianna Dobosz, Julia Galambos, Svitlana Moskaliuk, Kinga Chmura, Marta Nabielec and Dominika Błasik. The studio's philosophy centers on the psychological and physical benefits of dance and movement, rather than technique alone. They aim to help students overcome barriers and build confidence both in the studio and in daily life.

Contact the studio by phone or email. During the dance season (Monday–Friday, 10:00–20:00) they aim to reply within 24 hours. In summer (July–September) they operate Monday–Thursday, 10:00–17:00.

When you arrive for your first class, you'll find a structured 50–60 minute session tailored to your level. The instructors are trained specialists who focus on helping you feel comfortable and discover your own best movement, rather than perfecting technique alone.

The studio is staffed by qualified, specialist instructors: Adrianna Dobosz, Julia Galambos, Svitlana Moskaliuk, Kinga Chmura, Marta Nabielec and Dominika Błasik. They are trained in their respective disciplines and undertake ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality teaching.

All classes are designed for people of any age and experience level; the studio's core mission is to help everyone move and dance regardless of background.
