SWINGOUT.PL is a swing dance studio based in Warsaw, teaching Lindy Hop, Balboa, Collegiate Shag and Authentic Jazz. Classes run Monday to Thursday at two main locations: Solec Studio (ul. Solec 38) and Złota Milonga (ul. Długa 44/50), with additional Balboa classes at ATTP (ul. Żelazna 103A).

Lindy Hop is the studio's primary focus, with courses structured from absolute beginner (Welcome to Lindy 1A and 1B) through intermediate (Welcome to Lindy 2 and 3, Explore Lindy 1 and 2) to advanced levels (Swingin' Raisins, Monday at Seven). The studio describes Lindy Hop as "the happiest dance under the sun", born in Harlem in the 1920s–30s. Beginners learn basic footwork, partnering and connection, while intermediate students explore open and closed positions, swingouts, Charleston variations, and rhythm plays. Advanced classes focus on musicality, improvisation, and complex combinations at varied tempos (120–180 BPM).

Balboa classes cover slow Bal, pure Balboa, and solo stylisations. The studio teaches slow Bal in the style of Dean and Nancy Raftery (originating in the 1980s) alongside earlier forms such as laminu. Balboa courses progress from foundational technique through explore and intermediate/advanced levels. Collegiate Shag classes range from beginner (ShagSzuka, Explore Shag) to intermediate, with instruction in the characteristic fast, energetic style inspired by vintage cartoons.

Authentic Jazz is offered as a solo improvisation-based style emphasising choreography and free movement. All classes are 8 weeks long at 400 PLN per course. The studio's instructors include Jacek, Grzesiek, Ewa, Michał O., Katia, Ania P., Łukasz, Cherry, Filip, Kaja, Konrad, Ania M., Rafał, Kasia H., Stach, Ania P., Kasia D., Ola S., and Alek. The studio emphasises a welcoming, positive community atmosphere and describes dance as able to "change your world".

Classes are structured by level and run 1 hour 15 minutes. Beginners in Welcome to Lindy 1 learn basic footwork, partnering, and connection; you'll need a partner for pair dances. Classes combine technique, rhythm play, improvisation and musicality. The studio welcomes anyone with "a wide smile, an open head and desire to learn the happiest dance on earth".

Absolute beginners are welcome in Welcome to Lindy 1A and 1B courses, which require only "a wide smile, an open head and desire to learn the happiest dance on the world".
