Tango Argentino UAE is run by Angi and Nicolás, professional tango dancers and instructors from Buenos Aires with over 18 years of experience. Both trained at Mariposita de San Telmo, one of Argentina's most prestigious tango schools, and certified in Método Bonaventura®, a revolutionary teaching method that transmits tango from its essence. They represented Argentina as performers and instructors at Expo Dubai 2020 as members of the Argentine National Tango Selection.

The studio teaches Argentine tango at all levels—absolute beginners, intermediate, advanced, and professional—through group classes and private lessons. Classes are offered regularly on Mondays in Dubai and Tuesdays and Sundays in Abu Dhabi. You can expect instruction in tango salón, tango stage, tango milonga, tango vals, tango técnica, and tango milonguero. The studio also offers a ten-week Wedding Tango Dance Program designed to guide couples from beginners to confident dancers ready to perform on their wedding day, combining structured lessons with personalized choreography guidance.

Angi and Nicolás use Método Bonaventura®, which focuses on developing a conscious, responsive, creative, and musical body that communicates with itself, with your dance partner, with the music, and with the space around you. They emphasize personalized approaches and supportive learning environments centred on connection and cultural expression.

The studio runs the Abu Dhabi Milonga, the largest and longest-established monthly Argentine tango social gathering in the UAE. Held at 31 Bar & Lounge in the Grand Millennium Al Wahda Abu Dhabi, each event features tango classes, curated music, and an authentic milonga atmosphere that brings together dancers of all levels from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across the Emirates. The milonga welcomes international visitors and creates a space modelled on the vibrant social dancing culture of Buenos Aires.

Beyond regular classes, Angi and Nicolás design and deliver tango experiences for institutions including Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Marina Mall, New York University Abu Dhabi, Mindvalley, and The British School Al Khubairat. They also offer professional instructor training through their Argentine Tango Teacher Training Program, which covers technical proficiency, musicality, teaching methodology, and classroom management across multiple levels. Group classes cost AED 100 in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi; private classes are AED 400. Both studied at prestigious institutions including Universidad Nacional de las Artes (Nicolás) and Universidad Nacional de Cuyo and Universidad de Buenos Aires (Angi), and trained at Mariposita de San Telmo tango school. They are certified in Método Bonaventura® and represented Argentina at Expo Dubai 2020.
