It functions as a space for movement and encounter, creativity and learning.
Simone Cavin teaches ballet and modern dance to children, teenagers and adults, offering pre-ballet, ballet for children and teenagers, and modern dance for teenagers and adults. She also offers private instruction. Beyond regular classes, the studio runs "Tanz dich glücklich" (Dance yourself happy), a monthly session led by Cavin featuring free dancing followed by a disco. No prior experience is needed; the session is designed to awaken and develop your dance moves playfully, engaging both body and mind.
The studio also hosts Feldenkrais classes led by May Früh. Feldenkrais is a movement method that works with the nervous system's ability to rediscover original, economical movement patterns. Through verbal guidance, participants explore their movement habits and find alternatives, discovering new organisation in everyday activities like walking, standing and sitting. Work takes place lying down, sitting and standing, developing a wider movement spectrum with greater ease, stability, flexibility, variability and flowing dynamics.
