The ballroom features a hardwood dance floor, theatrical lighting, a dramatic chandelier surrounded by twinkling string-lighting walls, a podium and stage, and a ceremony arch. A bride's dressing area is available. The venue provides tables, chairs, linens in over 100 colours, plates, silverware, glassware, cake table décor with flower stands, red and white carpet, votive candles, and stage skirting. Custom lighting adapts to your event's theme, music, and special moments, from soft romantic glows to vibrant dynamic effects.
Event coordination includes a day-of onsite manager, full venue setup and cleanup, and coordination services. A projector screen, PA system, and DJ services are available. The venue offers catering flexibility: bring your own or use provided catering. Alcohol can be BYO, but must be served by a licensed bartender or caterer. A chef offers American, Mexican, and Italian cuisine options that can be mixed and matched. Set-up can begin up to two hours before your event; music must end by midnight. Security is provided, and public parking is available.
