About this studio
Urban Dance Warehouse is a dance school in central Malmö founded on the vision of creating an inclusive space where anyone—regardless of background or experience—can discover the joy of dance. The studio positions itself as Malmö's premier streetdance school, offering courses and workshops across all ages and skill levels.
The school emphasizes community and creative expression alongside technical skill. Teachers are described as engaged instructors who inspire, coach and help students find their unique voice, whether they're dancing for fun, learning something new, or pushing their abilities further. The atmosphere is built on positivity and support, with the philosophy that feeling, expression and community matter as much as the steps themselves.
Urban Dance Warehouse runs a broad program of courses, workshops and events. They hold open-house sessions—for example, on 23 August they offered free taster classes for all children's classes (up to age 15) with registration. The school operates summer and autumn terms with a spring show scheduled for 2026. Many courses fill quickly, so early registration is recommended.
The studio is located at Baragatan 11, 212 28 Malmö, with opening hours Monday to Thursday 16:30–21:30 and Sunday 10:30–19:30. You can reach them by phone or email. The school has a 4.8 Google rating across 38 reviews.
