Classes range from intro-level for first-timers to advanced technique work. The schedule includes Intro to Pole, Pole Flow at levels 1 & 2, Spin Pole Technique for upper-level beginners, Spin Pole with Heels for intermediate and advanced students, Lyra (Aerial Hoop) at all levels, Aerial Yoga, floorwork, stretching and flexibility, and choreography classes. Open practice sessions are also available for pole and aerial hoop. The studio updates its live class schedule monthly based on client demand, and registration closes 2 hours before each class starts.
Classes are intentionally small, capped at around 10 students, with aerial classes typically keeping 2 students per apparatus maximum and pole classes at 1–2 per pole. The studio's poles are 45mm stainless steel, reinforced and rated to safely hold up to 375 lbs. The studio opens 15 minutes before each scheduled class and operates by appointment only—walk-ins are not permitted.
Beyond group classes, Vertical Pole Studio Pensacola offers private one-on-one lessons, private studio rentals, and bachelorette parties. They also run an 8-week "Learn to Pole Dance" series program designed for beginners seeking solid foundations and steady progress. What to expect
Your first visit
Register online at least 2 hours before class. Arrive 10 minutes early, dressed and ready to train. You'll receive a text or email confirmation—without it, you are not registered.
