Overview
Established in 1987 by founding trustees Karin von Aroldingen and Barbara Horgan. The Trust has the responsibility of disseminating and protecting the integrity and the copyrights of George Balanchine's work. All of Balanchine's works are copyrighted and must be licensed for any use; the Trust arranges repetiteurs to stage and teach the works at schools and companies and requires a set credit line on licensed performances. BALANCHINE is a registered trademark of the Trust.
