Dancing in Alpharetta
Also known as Robert and Sophia
The same bronze couple as Dancing in Decatur, outside Roaring Social's Alpharetta room on Milton Avenue — cast four years earlier, in 2021. The two figures are Robert and Sophia, imagined by the venue's founders as symbols of "celebration, connection, memory making". Sculpted by Martin Dawe of Cherrylion Studios in Atlanta, who also made the Martin Luther King Jr. statue at the Georgia State Capitol. The Decatur casting of the same pair went up in 2025.

We have not filed this one under a style. Plenty of sculptures show dancing without showing a particular dance — but if you can see a form here, telling us connects this sculpture to everything else we hold on it.
