The studio teaches Modern, Jazz, Break Dance, Hip Hop, and Contemporary. Modern is described as a theatrical, rhythmic style using travelling steps, high kicks, leaps and turns that demand strength and flexibility, drawing from release technique, improvisation, hip hop and musicals. Jazz classes are described as lively and energetic, with options spanning Musical Theatre Jazz, Funky Jazz and Street Jazz. Break Dance classes focus on improvisational movement including freezes, powermoves, downrock and toprock, emphasising energy, creativity and humour. Contemporary work centres on floorwork, gravity, free leg movements, strong torso stress and improvisation.
