Dance Now and Pilates Las Vegas Studio opened in 2023 in Green Valley, founded by co-owners Sebastian and Natallia. The studio teaches Salsa, Bachata, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Ballet and Jazz through group classes and private sessions. No dance partner or prior experience is required.
The Latin dance programme centres on Salsa and Bachata, with classes designed for newcomers to build confidence and learn the basics in a supportive environment. The studio runs regular Latin dance socials and workshops, giving students chances to practise what they've learned and connect with the wider Vegas dance community.
Pilates sits equally at the studio's core. Reformer Pilates sessions strengthen your core, improve flexibility and relieve stress while being gentle on the joints. Mat Pilates work boosts muscle power, enhances flexibility, improves stability and corrects posture, developing a deeper mind-body connection.
