Dance With Me Glen Rock opened on October 1, 2013, and has become a cornerstone of the local dance community in Bergen County. Located at 197 Rock Road, the studio offers private one-on-one lessons, group dance classes, dance fitness, wedding dance choreography, and social dance parties. You can learn American Rhythm, American Smooth, International Latin, International Standard, and social styles including Salsa, Bachata, Hustle, and Merengue.

The studio teaches across all levels: Beginner classes welcome those new to dance with no partner or experience required. Intermediate classes go deeper into technique and musicality. Advanced programmes are designed for dancers preparing for showcases and competitions. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with classes at various times throughout the evening. Recent group class offerings include Intermediate Smooth Viennese Waltz, Latin Choreography Mix, Intermediate Bachata, All Levels Rhythm Cha Cha, All Levels Salsa On 2, and Beginner Hustle.

The instructors include Elena Russo, Regional Manager, who holds a BFA in Dance Performance from Montclair State University (graduated Summa Cum Laude with distinction of Outstanding Performer) and trained in commercial, concert, and Latin-social dance styles. David Dowding is a Dance Instructor who competed for six years with the UCONN dance team on the USABDA circuit in all four styles and has taught professionally in American Smooth.
