Before your first class
Beginners are always welcome; no experience or partner required for any class, and private lessons are available for complete newcomers.
Private lessons: $85 per lesson (pay-as-you-go), $60 per lesson (5-lesson package, $300 total), or $50 per lesson (10-lesson package, $500 total).

The studio focuses entirely on adults, offering a welcoming space where people can reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and form meaningful connections—whether you come alone or with a partner.
The weekly schedule is varied and runs year-round. Group classes include Monday Night Ballroom (Swing, Cha-Cha, Waltz, Hustle, and more), Friday FREE Line Dance, Wednesday and Saturday morning Zumba, Tuesday Burlesque, Thursday Guided Yoga, POUND cardio, PomSquad, and AMPD Kickboxing. All group classes welcome beginners and no partner is required, even for partnered dance styles. Private lessons are available for individuals or couples and cover a wide range of styles: East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Salsa, Bachata, Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Hustle, Tango, and more. Each private session lasts 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly, twice monthly, or as needed.
The studio also offers private wedding dance lessons tailored to your style and skill level, and can provide instruction for private parties and corporate events. The instructors include Michael (Line Dance and wedding lessons), Paulette (Zumba), Katarina (Hip Hop), Mandy (Yoga), and Megan (Kickboxing and POUND). The studio has been recognized as the 2025 GOAT Award Winner for Dance Studio in its community.
The studio operates from 2101 Cleveland Boulevard in Granite City, Illinois. While private lessons are available 9am–9pm by appointment, anyone can drop in to try group classes. The space is described as welcoming and substance-free, emphasizing healing and growth alongside movement and fitness.
