Edgar Diaz has been teaching dance professionally in Kansas City since 2006 and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from UMKC. He has been dancing since he was four and has trained extensively around the world. Over 19 years of professional teaching has given him experience working with students preparing for weddings, cruises, or simply pursuing a long-held desire to learn to dance.
The studio teaches Ballroom, Latin, and Swing styles, including Tango, Waltz, Foxtrot, Salsa, Rumba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Night Club Two Step, and others. Classes are offered in both private and group settings. Group classes run for six weeks. The studio also offers wedding lessons tailored to couples and larger groups.
Private lessons are 45 to 60 minutes and cost $39 to $52 per lesson when purchased online with autopay. Group classes cost $60 per person for all six classes when signed up online. Wedding lessons are available, with pricing matching private lessons for two people, or custom rates for larger groups.
