The studio offers 16 weekly group classes across four levels: Beginners, Improvers, Intermediate, and Advanced & Technique. Classes run on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The Beginners classes meet on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:45pm (60 minutes) and Saturdays at 11:45am (60 minutes). Improvers classes are Mondays & Wednesdays at 7:45pm (45 minutes) and Saturdays at 12:45pm (45 minutes). Intermediate classes run Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30pm (45 minutes). Advanced & Technique classes are Mondays at 9:15pm (Advanced Latin & Technique, 60 minutes), Wednesdays at 9:15pm (Advanced Ballroom & Technique, 60 minutes), and Saturdays at 2:15pm (Advanced Latin & Ballroom with Technique, 60 minutes). All 12 dances are taught: Cha Cha Cha, Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Social Foxtrot, Jive, Viennese Waltz, Samba, Paso Doble, Quickstep, Salsa, and Bachata.
The studio's teaching method rotates between one Standard Ballroom and one Latin Ballroom style every 4 weeks, ensuring variety and continuous improvement. Newcomers are accepted on the 1st and 2nd weeks of each dance course. Assessment days are held twice a year, followed by Graduation Balls where members receive level certificates. Beginners and Improvers classes feature instruction from Flow Dance's own alumni, designed to be easy, fun and welcoming with flexible attendance to suit your work-life balance. The studio notes that individuals and couples are welcome at all levels.
Flow Dance Nine Elms also offers private lessons, including a 30-minute taster lesson for £40, and specialises in wedding first dance choreography. The studio runs monthly social dances and quarterly Flow Blasts with live music and performances. Social dances are free for Flow Full Pass holders and Private Lessons & Group Class package members; £20 otherwise. Flow Blasts are £15 online purchase (£20 on the door) for Full Pass and package members; otherwise £25. Themed matinee socials include events like the Potluck Social Dance Matinee, White Party Social Dance Matinee, Halloween Social Dance Matinee, and the Anniversary Blast Matinee.
The studio also offers private event hire for birthday parties, corporate events, team building, hen parties, stag dos and private parties, with packages from 1 to 3 hours including dance classes, line dances, DJ sessions, Prosecco, and open dance floor access. Maximum capacity is 50 guests. The venue has a bar and facilities for private events.

Flow Dance is led by co-founders Elena and Carlos, both professional dancers with extensive competitive backgrounds in National and International Ballroom & Latin competitions. The teaching team includes Dora, a Canadian-Bulgarian dancer and World Championship Showdance runner-up with 15+ years of teaching experience; Ricardo & Evgeniia, top-level Latin professionals and Blackpool Dance Festival finalists who also performed at the Royal Albert Hall; Jan, a UK Open 10 Dance Champion and UK Closed Youth Latin Finalist with over 10 years' experience; Olga, a professional competitor and choreographer specialising in Latin, Ballroom, Salsa, Bachata, Swing, Lindy Hop, Hip Hop and Reggaeton; Mark, a Ballroom & Latin instructor and finalist in many Championships; Anastasiia, with 17 years of experience and international competition wins; Olexandr, a Ballroom and Latin instructor with 10+ years' experience who specialises in American Smooth; and Valeriia, with 12+ years in Ballroom and Latin choreography and wedding dance expertise. The studio also trains and employs Flow Dance Instructor Training Program graduates, including Hannah, Tej and Patti, who specialise in beginners and wedding couples.

Flow Dance was founded by Elena and Carlos, both professional dancers who transitioned into the business world driven by their enduring passion for dance. Elena brings years of competitive dancing and extensive training with top instructors, while Carlos has achieved numerous titles of National and International value throughout his career as a competitive Ballroom & Latin dancer alongside Elena.
