Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Palm Beach Gardens teaches ballroom and Latin partner dances to students of all ages and abilities. You'll find them in the Shoppes of Oakbrook on US Highway 1 North, about 7 minutes from The Gardens Mall and next door to Massage Envy.

The studio offers instruction across a full range of styles: Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango, Argentine Tango, Bolero, Rumba, Cha Cha, Mambo, Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Paso Doble, Jive, East Coast Swing, Hustle, and West Coast Swing. Their teaching covers American Ballroom Styles and International Ballroom Styles, as well as exhibition and theatre arts dances for both social and competitive dancers.

The studio's approach combines private lessons, group classes, and practice parties—dimly lit social sessions in a party-type atmosphere where you apply what you've learned without the pressure of a public venue. Wedding dance instruction is a speciality. They choreograph everything from a simple first dance to full wedding party routines set to your chosen music. Kristian Sese is the studio owner and a professional ballroom dancer, competitor and coach trained internationally. Mae Lozada is studio owner and dance director, who began dancing at age thirteen in her native Philippines. Both are certified in the Fred Astaire curriculum. The studio's instructors have Fine Arts degrees, many are award-winning professional dancers, and all are certified in the Fred Astaire curriculum developed by Fred Astaire himself.
