These 30-minute fitness classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12pm and 12:30pm, and Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:30pm and 5pm, with group sizes up to 10 people.
The studio also provides space rental and can supply dance performers for private events. Gift certificates are available in various package options, and they offer bachelorette party instruction.
