Lenora's Ballroom is a dance venue in southeast Portland that hosts regular Monday evening dances. The space features a sprung wood dance floor, high ceilings, and pew seating arranged to give dancers and spectators plenty of room. The venue reopened in 2014 and has since become known for hosting a variety of dance styles and special events.
Monday nights follow a consistent format: a 30-minute warm-up lesson from 8:00 to 8:30 p.m., followed by open dancing from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. The music spans waltz, foxtrot, Latin, blues, swing, and nightclub styles, with DJs Eric and Dorothy providing the playlist alongside occasional guest DJs.
