About this studio

Milan Pole Dance Studio offers pole dance, aerial and flexibility training across two locations in Milan. Classes range from Pole Gym Basic through Level 4, with dedicated tracks for pole, heels dance, aerial hammock, aerial hoop, flexibility, and pilates. You book entirely through their mobile app, which displays the schedule two weeks in advance. Classes run weekdays 18:00–21:30 (Friday 18:30–20:30) and weekends 10:30–13:30 (Sunday until 13:00).

The studio operates from two addresses: Viale Col di Lana 14, 20136 Milano and Via Giovanni Rasori 9, 20145 Milano. They ask you to arrive 10 minutes early—arriving 10 minutes late means you forfeit your spot. You'll need to bring your own yoga mat, towel, water bottle, shorts and tank top; remove jewellery and avoid body cream. The studio provides neither mat nor towel.

Single classes cost €28 (€32 for pilates). New students can try the New Pole Dancer Promo: 4 classes for €85 or 8 classes for €145 (both valid 1 month). Class packs offer better value: 10 classes at €245, 15 at €325, 25 at €485, or 50 at €925 (all valid 12 months). Monthly memberships range from Pole Princess (4 classes, €95) to Ultra Fierce (16 classes, €255); pilates memberships span Quick Fit (4 classes, €105) to Ballerina Body (12 classes, €290). All memberships require a minimum 2-month commitment with automatic renewal—give 1 month notice to cancel.

You can cancel any reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before class through the app. Classes often have waiting lists; if someone cancels within the 12-hour window, you'll receive an automatic email bumping you in. The studio enforces strict safety rules: sanitise your pole before and after use, respect your training space, store bags properly, and video/photography is forbidden except in the final minutes with consent.

They also offer private events—bachelorette parties, birthdays, team building—in 60 or 90 minute sessions that begin with a warm-up and progress to beginner pole dance moves and tricks. Additionally, Milan Pole Dance Studio runs an online platform (MPDS Online) with 300+ on-demand classes in pole, aerial hoop, aerial hammock, dance, flexibility and yoga, available at $19.99/month or $99.99/year (7-day free trial included).
