The studio teaches nine distinct disciplines: Pole Dance (strength, flexibility and coordination around a vertical bar), Pole Sexy Heels (sensuality and acrobatics in heels), Aerial Hoop (suspended acrobatic figures and transitions), Pole Flying Heels (combining heel elegance with aerial intensity), Pole Choré (dance, fluidity and choreography), Pole Flow (fluid movements and duo work), Heels (modern dance in heels), Stretch (mobility and recovery), and Renfo (targeted strength and endurance work). All classes develop functional strength, coordination and flexibility while building confidence. Teachers are trained and qualified in their disciplines, and the studio emphasises safety and progression at your own pace.
