The annual RAVE Revue takes place in May, with tech and performance dates on May 21st and 22nd. Classes run from late August through May, with closures for Labor Day, Trick or Treat, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year, Mardi Gras and Easter/Spring Break. The 2026-2027 season begins Monday, August 31st.
RAVE has a notable history. It evolved from The Center of Performing Arts (COPA), founded by Jeanne Bonaventure, which closed when she moved away. A former COPA student and teacher, Stephanie Faucette, opened The Coda with colleague Micaela Coner and teacher Kendall Keating, bringing along quality ballet technique and establishing a strong reputation over four years before the owners moved on to new ventures. Rachel Vierck (now Rachel Amie), who had been with The Coda from its first year, then opened RAVE Performing Arts Company, taking her initials to create the name. She continued this legacy whilst integrating musical theatre and acrobatic training. The studio is now open for a decade, with Miss Kendall continuing the journey alongside Rachel.
