Classes combine dance technique with strength and flexibility work. The studio offers pole conditioning (ενδυνάμωση) and flexibility (ευλυγισία) as complementary training alongside the main aerial disciplines.
Three instructors teach here: Μαίρη Πελέτη (pole, flexibility and conditioning), Βάσια Ευφροσύνη (pole and exotic pole), and Σταματίνα Αντωνοπούλου (aerial dance and flexibility). Classes are structured for all levels and body types, with instructors adapting sessions to individual needs.
You can book single classes or monthly packages. Drop-in rates are €15 for aerial arts and €12 for conditioning or flexibility. Monthly packages for pole or aerial start at €55 for one hour per week, rising to €90 for two hours weekly. Combination packages—such as pole plus aerial (one hour each) or pole plus exotic pole—cost €90 monthly and include one free practice session per week. Private lessons run €30 for a single person (60 min) or €20 per person for two people.
