New students are invited to start with Aerial Foundations with Crystal, taught Tuesdays at 6:00 PM for 75 minutes with a maximum of 8 women. This rotating class covers Aerial Hoop, Pole, Aerial Hammock, and Integration, with no experience required. The class costs $35 per session or $120 for all four Tuesdays. Crystal also teaches Morning Flight, a 45-minute class at 6:00 AM every Tuesday for $35 single or $120 monthly.
Taboo hosts women's retreats at the studio (856F South Street). The Gravity & Grace retreat runs July 31 & August 1 across two days for 3 hours each day, covering Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks/Hammock, Stretch & Flex, and Liquid Motion at $150 per person. The Executive Clarity Retreat (August 7 & 8) is a 2-day leadership and movement immersive for 8 women maximum, delivering an Executive Clarity Map on Day 1 and a 90-Day Leadership Action Plan on Day 2, with movement curriculum throughout. The investment is $750 per person.
Private parties are available through two packages: Sweetest Taboo ($200 for up to 8 people, 1 hour, 1 discipline) and Erotic City ($350 for up to 12 people, 1.5 hours, 2 disciplines). Both include the Game of Taboo ice breaker and professional instruction. Groups choose from the full timetable of 12 disciplines; most popular party choices are Chair Dance, Twerkology, and Liquid Motion. A deposit of half the package price secures the booking. Private studio rental is also available with poles coming down and no instructor included.
